The Saint-Gaudens Agricultural Vocational High School in Haute-Garonne is one of the constituent centers of the EPLEFPA of Comminges (Local Public Establishment for Agricultural Education and Vocational Training) along with the CFAA Piémont-Pyrénées (Agricultural Apprenticeship Training Center) and the Saint-Médard Agricultural Exploitation.

In addition to teaching and initial or continuing training, the EPLEFPA of Comminges has the mission of promoting the school, social and professional integration of young learners, promoting animation in rural areas, participating in development, experimentation and research activities and finally, undertaking exchanges and international cooperation actions.

Agricultural education falls under the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry.
