Le Saint-Gaudens Professional Agricultural High School in Haute-Garonne is one of the constituent centers of EPLEFPA of Comminges (Local Public Agricultural Education and Training Establishment) in the same way as the CFAA Piedmont-Pyrenees (Training Center for Agricultural Apprentices) and the Agricultural Exploitation of Saint-Médard.

In addition to education and initial or continuing training, EPLEFPA of Comminges has the mission to promote the educational, social and professional integration of young learners, to promote activities in rural areas, to participate in development, experimentation and research activities and finally, to undertake exchanges and actions of international cooperation.

Agricultural education falls under the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry.
