Yesterday, Pierre-André Durand, Prefect of the Occitanie region, Prefect of Haute-Garonne, received us at the sub-prefecture, accompanied by Jean-Philippe Dargent, Sub-Prefect of the district of Saint-Gaudens to discuss the structuring projects of the meat sector: the works of the Comminges Slaughterhouses (Boulogne-sur-Gesse and Saint-Gaudens) and the 2024 edition of the Les Pyrénéennes trade fair, the State is a major partner for the development of our territory.
