This major event, co-organized by the Pyrenees Agency and Agora Pyrenees, has become in the space of three years an essential crossroads for debates and projects in the Pyrenees , bringing together a very large community of active public and private forces from across the mountain range.
For its 4th edition , Pyréneo, which will take place from September 19 to 21 , will join forces with the Pyrénéennes.
This year, we wanted to highlight the relationship between people, nature, and the land, which forms the backbone of the Pyrenean model and will therefore be the central theme of our meetings. On this occasion, issues of agriculture and food will be particularly emphasized.
Moving the Pyrenees forward while celebrating together, that's the very DNA of Pyrénéo ! It's what we'll continue with in this new edition, with many new features.

The various highlights of Pyréneo 2024 will be:
A plenary round table whose theme is: “Let’s reinvent the man-nature-territory relationship in the Pyrenees! »
7 workshops, the themes of which are as follows:
- Pastoralism and transhumance: an intangible heritage serving the alternative and reasoned modernity of the Pyrenees?
- Let's imagine together the Pyrenean resort of 2050!
- From processing to marketing, how can we better promote the resources from Pyrenean agriculture?
- Digital technology for better living and doing business in the Pyrenees: mirage or promise?
- [Agri]cultures, let’s share our imaginations!
- For a more and better shared Pyrenees
- What evolution of the tourist offer of sports and nature leisure activities in the mountains in the face of the major societal changes underway?
And like in previous years: visits to businesses and/or local initiatives and friendly moments.
