This major meeting co-organized by the Pyrenees Agency et  Agora Pyrenees  became in the space of three at a crossroads essential for Pyrenean debates and projects, by bringing together a very large community of public and private forces from throughout the massif.

For his 4rd EDITION, Pyréneo, which will take place from 19 21 in September, will make common ground with the Pyrenees.

This year, we wanted to highlight the question of the man – nature – territory relationship which forms the backbone of the Pyrenean model and will therefore be the common thread of our meetings. On this occasion, the questions will be highlighted in particular agriculture and food.

Moving the Pyrenees forward while celebrating together, that’s the DNA de Pyreneo ! This is the one that we will continue in this new edition, with many new features.

The various highlights of Pyréneo 2024 will be: 

A plenary round table whose theme is:  “Let’s reinvent the man-nature-territory relationship in the Pyrenees! » 

7 workshops, the themes of which are as follows:

  • Pastoralism and transhumance: an intangible heritage serving the alternative and reasoned modernity of the Pyrenees?
  • Let's imagine together the Pyrenean resort of 2050!
  • From processing to marketing, how can we better promote the resources from Pyrenean agriculture?
  • Digital technology for better living and doing business in the Pyrenees: mirage or promise?
  • [Agri]cultures, let’s share our imaginations!
  • For a more and better shared Pyrenees
  • What evolution of the tourist offer of sports and nature leisure activities in the mountains in the face of the major societal changes underway?

And like in previous years: visits to businesses and/or local initiatives and friendly moments.
